We met at Mark and Molly's home yesterday for the LCK Christmas. We had a huge and classic Christmas dinner with turkey, ham, three kinds of dressing (Mom's, oyster, and cornbread), and all the sides. It was a nice day--Thanks to Mark's family for hosting.
We were able to Skype with Andrew in China--it was 4 a.m. his time! Mark remembered a Christmas at Grandma K.'s when Cleve was in Vietnam, and we made a tape to send to him. What year would that have been?

I loved seeing these pictures. You all (hmmm all y'all) sure look like you're having a good time. Sounds like a very traditional and delicious Christmas dinner. So nice you were able to talk to Andrew - isn't modern technology wonderful?
I am wondering if it's really cool to wear red cowboy boots in Atlanta . . .?
It's cool to wear red cowboy boots anywhere, even Gridley. I'd send you some but these were a gift.
Glad to know they are cool anywhere. And that means have a cool niece. And I have many cool nieces even if they don't have red boots. I love all of them.
Looks like good family times. The whole group looks pretty classy.
Hope all you Klops out there had a Merry Christmas!
The Vietnam tape referred to in the post was from 1971. I remember enjoying it and thinking of you all at that time.
Thanks for posting these pictures...very interesting.
