GOOD TIME IN CHICAGO

Jerry and I had a great weekend in Chicago with Kelsie. We went to the Willis Tower (former Sears Tower), had lunch by the huge Christmas Tree at Macy's (former Marshall Fields),took a cab to Water Tower Place and made a few small purchases, caught another cab and went back to hotel to get ready for dinner. Drake and Jason and their families met us at Wildfire for a delicious dinner.

You had the nerve to go out on that glass-bottom lookout? Scary.
Glad you had a safe and fun snow-free trip.

OooooooChicago is a great city! Mim and I met there over 58 years ago and have been married over 56 years. Whew!!! Thank you-Lord.

You all look great in very festive colored Christmas season garb. Kelsey looks as great as her grandparents!

You are braver than I am. I would not be able to get out on that glass ledge! Sounds like you had a very snazzy dinner!

If you ever have the opportunity to visit the Willis tower you MUST step out on the ledge! It is a strange sensation. I had been there before and had to coax J and K to step out!

And, Cleve, there was snow everywhere and melted-snow puddles which were not always avoidable!

I'm sorry, but just don't think I could do it!! Not fond of either heights or enclosed places!!

It looks like you had quite a lively time in Chicago. But I bet you are glad to be home! Thanks for the pictures.
