Wanted to let you know that Staci is at St. Francis with a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lung). They think she'll be there at least until Monday. This afternoon they are going to teach her to give herself shots in the belly, which she will be doing twice a day for about a month. They appreciate everyone's prayers for the clot to be resolved with no complications.Saturday, September 5, 2009

We will certainly pray for Staci and hope the clot dissolves quickly. I'm glad to see she has a smile on her face.
Staci, we sure wish you the best! You're too young to have these kind of problems :)! May God grand you a speedy recovery.

Staci - you are in our thoughts and prayers. Carol is right - you're too young for this kind of thing! Hope you feel better and get out of the hospital really fast. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
