New to me!

This morning's e-mail had an invitation to an online Scentsy Party. By purchasing some scents at 22:00 for the next two weeks, I will be participating in an online party and benefitting the hostess.

Since first attending Tupperware parties years ago, I have been invited to all kinds of parties selling all manner of items. But online--that's a little much. Or am I just out of touch with modern merchandising.

It is very common to have an online party. It's for women who don't have time or don't want to do an in-person party. And for girls who like the product, they probably need/want something new anyway. Scentsy is very good stuff. You should try it!

Thanks,Angela, for bringing me up to date. But I'd like to test smell it before purchasing.

I've been invited to online parties too. It's the easy way to have a party for sure. I'm with you though, Mim. It's nice to be able to see (or smell) what you are buying first. And it's also fun for to get a night out to chat with friends! By the way, I have a Scentsy warmer in my kitchen that I use all the time. It makes the house smell so nice. I don't remember what scent I have in it but when I have it on the kids always think I am baking cookies and they are disappointed!

It's a new generation, Mim. We just have to live with it. I've never heard of Scentsy - but sounds like something I might like.
