Our driveway has a 3-4ft drift diagonally across the length of the drive. We expect Casey to clean it up for us when the wind ceases.
Our front porch has snow almost to the top of the railing.
The deck has a drift almost 36" high.
Judy was correct - our furnace is out! We are staying reasonably warm with the fireplace, a small space heater, and warm clothes. The sun is shining now and that is supplying warmth also.

Your furnace is out?? I knew Angela's was for a time, but you went all night and day without heat? Ooooh.
We got it back on about 3 pm. We were warm enough, but probably would've gotten cold by morning!
The contrast between your beautiful posts from warm and sunny Florida to the piled up snow on your deck in Gridley is amazing! I'm glad you got home before the storm and weren't driving in it.
