Happy Thanksgiving! Aaron's aren't coming until tomorrow, so I hosted my mom & dad at my house for Thanksgiving dinner. I made a Mexican feast - red & green pepper boats, homemade guacamole, hot tamale casserole, gratin of greens, salad, & lime sherbet for dessert. We are probably one of the few people to NOT eat turkey today. We'll do the turkey dinner on Saturday as a family.

Crystal - sounds really interesting and yummy! Great mix of creative and traditional. Hope you've had a Happy Thanksgiving.

It's neat that you are original like that! I've got a friend who makes chicken and dumplings every year instead of turkey. Hope you also have a great time tomorrow as well.

daughter Crystal is one fine cook, believe us. We'd rather eat a meal she's cooked, anyday, than eat at a restaurant!

Hey, maybe we could all go out to eat at her house sometime? :)
