Another old photo from Grandma's living room. Shouldn't be too hard to figure these people out. I'm assuming the dolls were gifts from Grandma K. I think she gave us new dolls every year. They smelled so good!
Oh the memories. Do any of you girls in the picture still have those dolls? They look much like the one I had restored last year and gave to Grace. I'd guess this picture was taken in 1960 - the little "train case" piece of luggage showing in the background is one of the set I got my Senior year - getting me ready to go to college. Does that fit with your ages at the time of this picture. This would've also been the first Christmas after Dad died. Mother was quite a woman and a real "trooper" in keeping on with her life without him.
I think you're right about the year. At Christmas 1960, Cathy and I would have just turned 3, and Mark would have just turned 2, which looks about right for our ages in the picture.
