Passing It Along

I thought you might like to see that the wisdom of Harry Hill is being passed on to the next generation, even all the way in South Carolina.

I will be gone for two days to a beginning-of-the-year school retreat, taking the entire high school! (Fortunately it's a small school - about 125 students.) We hope it goes OK - our new principal is very good, very enthusiastic, and even he admits that he may have bitten off too much with taking this retreat the first two days of school! Not only that but our server and network have crashed - and we have new Macs that no one knows how to use. So it is a rather chaotic beginning to the new school year. I've been back at school for a week and have yet to be able to access my files. But when you have confidence in the leader, in spite of all the unraveled ends, you can also feel confidence that it will all work out.

You will learn to love those macs! I have been on mac for 3 years now and barely know how to run a PC anymore. Once you go mac you never go back!

Staci - perhaps you could add poetry writing to your list of many talents.

And even when things appear well organized and working, if the leader (principal) lacks leadership qualities, a huge feeling of anxiety lingers.
