Guess I won't be able to give any of you Illinoisians a hard time or joke with you about the state of your gubernatorial politics any more. We've got our own mess in South Carolina!
Crazy politicians. And crazy media for bombarding us with all the details, to the horror of the poor family involved. Now it's Michael Jackson...for days and days, I'm sure.
Horror to the poor wife and children. Him, on the other hand, as a Christian, as a married man and father, as an elected servant of the people, I have a hard time having sympathy for. And the "dear, dear friend" - any woman who gets involved with a married man with children is not a "dear, dear friend" in my book. And then he doesn't have the decency to resign.
