You got 1 and 3 right, #2 is half right.
Is the boy in #2 Cleve?
Yes, it's Cleve. We were attempting to make it look like he was holding me in his hand. We were a little disappointed several weeks later when we got the picture developed and we didn't quite hit the target! Perry was the photographer - so it's his fault!
Gloria and I are at the top of Starved Rock. One summer day, Mother told us we were going to Starved Rock. That was when Ralph's lived down the alley behind us and Catherine and the kids went along. It was a very exciting day. Mother was quite a sport sometimes, when I think back on it.

I remember the day we took that picture. Perry thought he really had something there! And I also recall the day at Starved Rock and was enthralled with the Indian story around it. It seemed like a much higher "climb" than when Kathleen and I climbed it 2 years ago. GREAT PICTURES AND MEMORIES.
