One great Christmas morning 2008. Breakfast at Mike and Ann's before we go to Atlanta to Mark and Molly's. Andrew had his wisdom teeth out two days ago so is a little "half-mast." Mike Bailes is the chef this morning and served up some Canadian deer-sausage biscuits. Yummy. Along with a tasty ham and egg casserole, grits, and fresh fruit, the breakfast was delicious to say the least. Of course, brewed coffee perfect strength. And, sitting around the table with the Bailes was a treat.
It's 11:10 A.M. and we'll soon depart for Atlanta to be with the rest of the family. Mary Lee will accompany us and we anticipate a good time. Ann and Andrew will come tomorrow but Mike has to work his job at Duke Power. People seem to want electricity 24/7.
