She was the wife of my mother's brother Joe. Uncle Joe died at a young age from TB. They had a daughter Peggy and a son Billy Joe. When I was quite young, Mother would go visit Uncle Joe in the TB Sanitarium, and I had to wait in the car and I remember him waving to me out the window.
There's something about laughing babies that just makes you laugh as well. One night I searched "laughing babies" on YouTube and several of hadn't laughed so hard for a long time.

I also thought that looked like Aunt Leora, but don't remember her being around very often so just assumed it wasn't her.
