This photo was taken in February 2008. Kelsie is 17, and Nathan is 1 (almost 2!). I'm happy she's still around here to be with Nathan for a few years, even though he may never remember "living with" her. I enjoyed finding this photo on the computer (Kelsie took it herself with a digital camera) because the two of them are usually picking and fighting, but this tells me they are in love when I'm not looking, and that's enough.

Lynn and Joey decided to postpone our leaving for Gridley for several hours with the expectation that the snow will have cleared. This is the first snow all winter long that is predicted to amount to anything (that is to Southerners). Lord willing, we'll see many of you as we say good-bye for a while to dear Ralph. Mim
