To my daughter and my daughter-in-laws, I am amazed and proud to watch you as mothers and wish you a very nice Mother's Day! Ditto to all the rest of you mothers out there. Hope everyone enjoys the special day.

I enjoyed my Mother's day this evening. Larry, Barb and Lauren came over and took Keith and me to the Chateau on the Lake in Pekin for supper. They gave me a pretty hanging basket and some Bath and Body Works items. We had a great evening! Happy Mother's Day to all of you Mothers.

Hope all of you - mothers and not-mothers and men alike - have a wonderful day. I am going NOWHERE - been down with a bad cold since coming home with 101 fever on Friday morning. But that's just fine.

Ann, hope you're feeling better soon - maybe even in time to go out to dinner tonight.

Our family celebrated Mother's day at Angela's house yesterday. All the children and grandchildren were there. We had a great day: delicious food, interesting conversation, children running around, and a wonderful day together.

I got two bouquets of flowers and a candle to remember the day. Thank you, I will enjoy them. We also celebrated Jerry W's birthday which was Friday and Michelle's birthday which is tomorrow and Grace's which is later this month.

Happy Mother's day to all the mothers in the family.

We had a huge day. AM church, then lunch with Mom at noon, then a quick nap, trip to Lexington to get Shelley and boys and then a long drive to Wyoming for dinner with the Knobloch's. Home at 10:00 pm. It was a nice Mother's Day, though. AND I had a package in my door with no name attached..so if the mystery giver would let me know, I can properly thank you for the nice gift!

I bought Mom 4 clematis plants for some trellises in their yard. I'm not sure which is really the gift--the actual flowers or going down to plant them this week.
