We arrived in Destin on Sunday Oct 18 to meet Lynn and Mim and were fortunate to stay in Mark's beautiful condo there. After a week of rainy, cool days, we were finally able to enjoy some warm, sunny days - perfect for taking a walk, sitting by the pool or ocean, playing Boggle or reading on the balcony. And of course going shopping! Also went to the Gulfarium one morning where we saw dolphin and sea lion shows and stopped at a "Whataburger" for lunch before taking an exploratory drive back to the condo - I was getting a little worried that we might not find the condo from the backroads, but we did! Here are a few pictures: Lynn and Jerry at their respective computer stations; me in the pool by the fountain; and Jerry sitting on one of those chaise lounges.

Looks/sounds like you had a great vacation. Mom & Dad really enjoyed their time with you. You were probably ready to get home and sleep in your own bed. As I always say, "It's good to go away but it's better to come home!"
Looks very nice! Destin is supposedly Florida's "new place to take a vacation". Beautiful water, roads, and scenery. J & A, when in New Orleans at the French Quarter, did you notice the unique "smell"?
