As we drove on Northtown Road a few days ago, Nathan said, "Mom. Tall. Corns." So tonight we walked a block over to stand by some corn to see just how tall it actually is. It really is amazing, when you think about it!
What is it about Nathan that catches my attention?? He's such a little man, or something. And isn't the corn looking good. We're still praying for the poor beans...
Many of the beans were planted late due to a lot of rain and flooding in the fields. They look healthy to me but are just way behind where they usually are at this time of year.
Maybe tomorrow night we'll go out and take some pics near the beans for you guys. I'm sure there's some within walking distance of our house. We just don't even notice it's there.

What about the beans? If the corn is doing well, don't the beans do well too? Or not necessarily?
