It's cold here in Roanoke, too. 32 degrees, wind chill feels like 30 below (to me). We were running late. Ethne only had a spring jacket with a broken zipper and no hood strings. She'll do a lot for candy, but this was just too much!! What a memory!
Poor little thing! I'm sure Grandma stepped in to salvage the day!
